Women’s ethnic wear brand Meena Bazaar has opened a new store in Mumbai’s Oberoi Mall in Goregaon. The launch marks the New Delhi based brand’s first exclusive brand outlet in the metro. 

“Thrilled to announce the grand opening of our first Meena Bazaar store in Mumbai, located in the prestigious Oberoi Mall Limited,” wrote Meena Bazaar’s business head Manish Jeetwal on Linkedin. “Bringing with a rich tapestry of tradition, style, and elegance, we are delighted to open our doors and welcome the incredible community of Mumbai to explore the finest in ethnic fashion and timeless craftsmanship.”
 
The store houses Meena Bazaar’s selection of sarees, lehengas, and kurtas ranging from everyday designs to wedding ensembles. The brand recently launched its winter festive collection of glittering sarees in a mix of frosty and jewel tones, the brand announced on Facebook. 

The store opening is part of a wider revamp at Oberoi Mall which has introduced new labels to the shopping centre to elevate the customer experience. “We’ve revamped our space to elevate your experience, featuring our gorgeous interiors and premier brands that are now open,” announced the mall on Facebook. 
 
Meena Bazaar was launched by Suresh and Vishnu Manglani in 1970. Today, the brand retails in 17 Indian states with over 55 stores, according to its website.
