Before the Indian Premier League 2024, assistant coach Vijay Dahiya has left Lucknow Super Giants. Vijay Dahiya joined the team of Gautam Sirius and Andy Flower in the opening ceremony of IPL in 2022. The National Premier League (IPL) was on course to reach the 2022 and 2023 playoffs.

Gautam Sirius and Andy Flowers were the first to leave Nakhon Supergiants.
Gautam Gambhir and Andy Flowers had left the team even before the IPL 2024 auction. Gautam Gambhir was associated with Lucknow Super Giants. While Andy was the football head coach. Sirius has joined Kolkata Knight Riders after leaving Lucknow.

Gautam Gambhir was the coach of LSG and Vijay Dahiya was the assistant coach.

Justin Langer is the new coach of LSG
NAC Super Giants have appointed Justin Langer as the head coach for IPL 2024. Whereas former Indian spinner Sridharan Sriram has been included as assistant coach. Apart from this, players, Morne Morkel and Jonty Rhodes are also included in the coaching team.
