To update your FASTag KYC online, you can also follow these steps:

  1. Visit the dedicated FASTag website: fastag.ihmcl.com.
  2. Go to “My Profile” section.
  3. Access the sub-section labeled “KYC” and update the required details.
  4. Provide the required identity and address proof documents by filling the relevant fields.
  5. Upload passport size photo.
  6. Review and confirm the declaration.
  7. Click on submit button.
  8. KYC verification process will be initiated upon submission of required documents.
  9. Your KYC upgrade request will be processed within a maximum of seven working days from the date of submission.

The ‘one vehicle one FASTag’ rule means that you can have only one active FASTag per vehicle. Except for the latest FASTags, all other FASTags associated with the same vehicle will be deactivated.
