Hyderabad: Telangana Government Hope phase 2 of Genome Valley, which he plans to take additional 300 acresTo attract investments ranging from Rs 20,000 crore to Rs 30,000 crore in the next five years, Telangana Industries Minister Dudila Sridhar Babu said on the sidelines of BioAsia 2024 here on Tuesday.
Talking about the proposed pharma clusters, he said a total of 10 clusters would be set up in different parts of the state, including three greenfield clusters at Vikarabad, Medak and Nalgonda.
“Each of these 10 clusters and villages will be spread over about 1,000-2,000 acres. In the first phase we will take three groups as we have to buy land and then the other seven will be taken,” said Sridhar Babu, indicating that land acquisition for the first three groups has already started.
“We have some land banks. We’ll find out what our industry partners need. Land allotment will be done based on the requirements of different companies,” he said.
