Leather goods and lifestyle brand Nappa Dori has opened its first brick-and-mortar store in Pune at the new ‘Kopa’ shopping centre featuring its accessories, footwear, travel goods, and handbags. 

“A rendezvous in the Oxford of the east! We’re absolutely thrilled and can’t wait to tell you as we set sail into new horizons yet again,” announced Nappa Dori on Facebook ahead of the store opening. 
 
The store is located inside Kopa, a 3.25 lakh square foot shopping centre located in Pune’s Koregaon Park district. The mall opened its doors to shoppers on October 21 and also houses brands including Tumi, West Elm, White Crow, Michael Kors, Victoria’s Secret, and Brooks Brothers among others. The shopping centre is a project by Lake Shore which purchased the asset in 2019, according to its recent press release which also announced Nappa Dori’s store opening.

National Institute of Fashion and Technology graduate Gautam Sinha launched Nappa Dori in New Delhi in 2010. The brand aims to offer functional and timeless leather accessories for modern life, according to its website. 
 
Nappa Dori began as a leather accessories brand and has expanded into broader product categories including luggage, homeware, footwear, and other lifestyle goods. The brand retails from its e-commerce store and exclusive brand outlets in India, the UK, and Dubai. The brand also opened a store and café in Gurgaon in July this year.
