October 25 is celebrated as World Pasta Day. Pasta is a very popular Italian dish that has become a favorite recipe for people in India today. Although pasta was usually made in red, white, and pink sauce, today due to its increasing popularity, you get to see many versions of it. It can be prepared in both veg and non-veg forms. The popularity of pasta has increased so much that many Indian versions like idli pasta and baked pasta have also gone viral on social media. If you are also fond of eating pasta, then here are some wonderful pasta recipes to include in this list, which you should also try. 

Butter Chicken Pasta

This pasta recipe is no less than a treat for chicken lovers. This is a fusion dish with a twist of butter chicken. 

How to make butter chicken pasta:

  • First of all, take boneless chicken pieces, add all the spices and oil to them, mix well, and marinate for 2 hours.
  • Put chicken pieces in a pan and roast them.
  • Add butter in the same pan and then add onion, ginger, garlic and fry it.
  • Add all the spices and fry again for some time.
  • Add cashew powder.
  • Now add tomato puree and cook, add roasted chicken pieces to it.
  • Mix boiled pasta to it.
  • Butter chicken pasta is ready to serve.

Mint Pasta

As we all know, mint is used for many things in summer but the taste of mint in pasta works to add a new flavor to it. Pasta in Mint is an innovative recipe that makes it different from your regular pasta. This pasta is made with two types of pasta – Spaghetti and Macaroni. If you only have macaroni, you can use any other pasta of your choice. 

How to make Mint Pasta:

  • Boil it until it becomes soft, filter it and keep it aside. 
  • Now make the sauce with olive oil, hot green onions or regular onions and garlic. 
  • Fry well, add spinach puree and pasta, mix well and let it cook. 
  • Add homemade mint sauce. Toss the pasta until well-mixed. 
  • Let it cook for a while and your pasta is ready.

Egg Pasta

We know how versatile eggs are and if you don’t mind trying something different, then you will love this egg pasta recipe. 

How to make egg pasta:

  • Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds in it. When it starts crackling, add chopped onion and fry well. 
  • When the onion is roasted, add ginger garlic paste and fry well until the raw smell comes out.
  • Add chopped tomatoes. Fry once and then add red chili powder, salt, and garam masala powder. Mix well and fry until tomatoes melt.
  • Break 2 eggs and beat them. While frying eggs, add chopped capsicum and mix well.
  • When the egg appears completely fried, add the cooked pasta and mix well until everything is well combined. 
  • When everything seems to be mixed, turn off the flame and serve hot.

Four Cheese Pasta

Mac and cheese or four-cheese pasta is a favorite dish of children. Four types of cheese are used in this pasta recipe. Parmesan from Italy, Cheddar cheese from England, Barin cheese from France, and Swiss cheese are added which makes it different.

How to make four-cheese pasta:

  • Boil macaroni in salted water. After the pasta is boiled, drain the water.
  • Then mix them in olive oil and keep them in a bowl. Melt the butter with the flour. Also add some olive oil to it.
  • Now boil the milk with rosemary, thyme, bay leaves and green onions. Filter this milk in a mixture of flour and butter. Stir the mixture slowly.
  • Keep in mind, you have to keep stirring the sauce continuously. Add salt and black pepper on top.
  • When you feel the sauce starting to stick to your spoon, it means the sauce is ready.
  • Then add Parmesan, cheddar, brie and menthol cheese. Mix.
  • Add garlic, cherry tomatoes, chili flakes and a pinch of salt to a hot pan.
  • Fry well. Pour white wine on top.
  • Then add macaroni and sauce to it and cook lightly. Serve.
