(16/11/23) Earlier this month, Dusit, one of Thailand’s
leading hotel and property development companies, signed
four hotels in the south western Indian state of Karnataka.

Slated to open in mid-2026, the hotels will be
integral components of two mixed-use development projects, each
comprising a Dusit Princess Hotel and Dusit Princess Residences,
culminating in a total of 450 keys. Both properties are expected
to have extensive wellness / spa facilities that will compliment
the lush surrounding landscapes.
In addition to that impressive endorsement of Karnataka’s
tourism potential, the state is not only blessed with beautiful
beaches, vibrant nightlife options, and a variety of cultural,
historic and religious sites, but is also home to one of India’s
most important IT hubs, Bengaluru – formerly known as Bangalore,
the state’s capital city.

Travel Market (WTM) in London.
