“I am happy to be associated with Maison&Objet for this wonderful event as it is a great source of inspiration and trends,” said Gauri Khan in a press release. “Some of my favourite brands showcase here each year.”

The dinner was curated by Maison&Objet’s Raj Anand and Alexis de Ducla and guests included the consul general of France in Mumbai Jean-Marc Séré-Charlet as well as Maison&Objet Paris’ Maheep Kapoor, Bhavna Pandey, Tanaaz Bhatia, Nandita Mahtani, and Alexandra Iftimiciuc. The event took place with French lighting designer Mathieu Lustrerie who is the official chandelier maker for the Chateau de Versailles in France.

The event saw Maison&Objet name architect Aparna Kaushik as its brand ambassador for its upcoming event in January, 2024. The industry event aims to honour global leaders and creatives and chose Kaushik for her “prowess in classical and modern architecture,” according to Maison&Objet’s press release. The appointment also recognises Kaushik’s skill in crafting landmark buildings and bespoke estates and residences.

Maison&Objet will take place from January 18 to 22 in Paris. The trade show’s theme for its first event of 2024 is ‘Tech Eden’ and the trade show will hold its second 2024 edition in September, according to its website.
