Premium leather goods, accessories, luggage, and footwear brand Nappa Dori has opened a new store inside Mumbai International Airport. The new outlet focuses on the brand’s travel goods and is designed to enable it to connect with new shopper demographics.

“Touchdown in elegance- we’re now here at Mumbai International Airport,” announced Nappa Dori on Facebook. “Your rendezvous with the timeless trio; leather, design, and craftsmanship await. Welcome aboard a brand new Nappa Dori experience!” 
 
The store is located in the airport’s International Departures Terminal Two and has an open plan layout. As the store is not constrained by walls, its products are easily visible to passing travellers. A large digital screen showcases collection campaigns and footage of how Nappa Dori’s products are made, and natural wood and metal cabinets echo its products’ modern designs.

Nappa Dori has opened a number of brick-and-mortar stores this year. In October, the brand made its debut in Pune and opened a store in the city’s new Kopa shopping centre and the brand also opened a store and café in Gurgaon in July, 2023. 
 
National Institute of Fashion and Technology graduate Gautam Sinha launched Nappa Dori in New Delhi in 2010. The brand aims to offer functional and timeless leather accessories for modern life, according to its website. After beginning as a leather accessories brand, the label has expanded into broader product categories including luggage, homeware, footwear, and other lifestyle goods. The brand retails from its e-commerce store and exclusive brand outlets in India, the UK, and Dubai.
