Fine jewellery brand Senco Gold & Diamonds has opened a new brick-and-mortar outlet in Kolkata’s Bowbazar to bolster its retail presence in West Bengal. The new store retails the brand’s selection of traditional style adornments. 

The new store featured in an episode of local interest media ‘SKKS with Roopsha’ as host Roopsha Dasgupta Ray looked around the new store and spoke with some of its first customers who were visiting to purchase gold for the winter festive season. Inside the store, a wide array of wedding jewellery and statement pieces are displayed amongst more everyday designs with diamond and coloured gemstone pieces available.

Senco Gold & Diamonds reported double digit growth in its East, South, West, and North Indian regions following the Dhanteras season in November. The business predicted that the subsequent financial quarters would take its blended growth up to 25% year-on-year for the 2024 financial year, ET Now reported. This year the business celebrated opening its 150th brick-and-mortar store and plans to continue to expand its footprint across India.
