The last match between India and Pakistan in the T-20 World Cup was won by India. The Melbourne match was played on 23 October 2022.

ICC has announced the plans for the T20 World Cup. The tournament will be held from June 1 to 29 in 9 cities in the West Indies and the United States. India and Pakistan are in the same group, the group stage match between the two will be played on June 9 in New York. The final match will be held on June 29 in Barbados city of West Indies.

For the first time, 20 records are included in the T-20 World Cup, before this 16-16 records were made in the two editions. England are the defending champions, while India won the tournament title for the first time in 2007.

Major matches between Canada and America
The main match of the tournament will be played between Canada and home team America. The match will be held on June 1 in New York only. A total of 55 matches will be played in the tournament between 20 teams for 29 days, which will happen for the first time in T20 World Cup history.

There will be 40 matches of the group stage from 1st to 17th June. 12 consultants of Super-8 will leave from 19th to 24th June. The first match will be held in Trinidad on 26th June and the second match will be held in Trinidad on 27th June. The final match will be played in Barbados on 29 June.

Vestige will have 41 consorts, 14 in America
Vestige and America are jointly organizing the T-20 World Cup. There will be a total of 41 groups in 6 cities of West Indies, the remaining three will be knock out matches. Whereas the remaining 14 telecom companies of America are in New York, Florida and Idols.

All matches between India and Pakistan will be held in America
In the T-20 World Cup, 5-5 races were played in 4 groups. India and Pakistan have been placed in the same group. Ireland, Canada and America are also included in this group. India and Pakistan will play all their matches in America only.

India’s first three matches will be in New York and the fourth match will be in Florida. The team will play its first match against Ireland on June 5, second match against Pakistan on June 9, third match against America on June 12 and fourth match against Canada on June 15.

The Valardi World Cup, a backward international competition, was held between India and Pakistan. India won this match played in the final by 7 wickets.

2 records from one group are included in Super-8
Like Group A, Group B, C and D also have 5 records each. All records will play 4-4 matches in their group. In the final of the group stage, the top 2 records of the points table participated in the Super-8 stage. In this stage, 8 teams will be called into 2 groups of 4-4. Record of 16-16 in last 2 tournaments
Took part in 16-16 matches in the T20 World Cup of 2021 and 2022. Where 45-45 matches were played. 8 teams from Tab 16 got direct entry for the Super-12 stage. Whereas 4 teams had made it to Super-12 through the qualifying round.

ICC tournament will be held in America for the first time
America has won an ICC tournament for the first time. The 2028 Olympic Games will also be held in America, in which cricket is also included. In view of this event, ICC gave place to T20 World Cup in America. Along with America, T-20 World Cup will also be held in West Indies, the 2010 tournament was also played here. The Backward World Cup was held in Australia in 2022.

England-West Indies won the title 2-2 times
In 2022, England won the title by defeating Pakistan in the final. Then India had to face defeat in England. Team India won the tournament title for the first time in 2007. Since then the team has not won the trophy even once.

Apart from Pakistan, Australia and Sri Lanka, India has also won the title 1 time each. West West (2012 and 2016) and England (2010 and 2022) have captured the T20 World Cup trophy 2 times each. The tournament has been played 8 times so far, the tournament will be played for the 9th time in America and West Indies.

England is the defending champion of the T20 World Cup. The team won the title by defeating Pakistan in 2022.
