Australia clean bowled Pakistan by 8 wickets in the third test played in Sydney. Chasing the target of 130 runs for Pakistan on the fourth day, the Australian team, playing its last Test match, won the match on the basis of David Warner’s brilliant 57 and Marnus Labuschagne’s 62 runs.

This fixture is Pakistan’s 17th defeat in Australia. Before this, Pakistan team last played a Test match in Australia in 1995.

Only 115 runs were scored in Pakistan’s second innings.
Pakistan team was out after scoring 115 runs in the second innings. On the fourth day, Pakistan could only add 47 runs in its second innings and the entire team collapsed for 115 runs. Earlier, by the end of the third day’s play, Pakistan had scored 68 runs after losing seven wickets in the second innings. Mohammad Rizwan was out after playing an innings of 28 runs, while Aamir Jamal contributed 18 runs.

In the second innings for Australia, Josh Hazlewood took four wickets and Nathan Lyon took three wickets.

Third Day Firms Build Second Innings in Pakistan – 68/7

By the end of the third day’s play, Pakistan had scored 68 runs after losing seven wickets in the second innings, with Thep Mohammad Rizwan (6) and Aamir Jamal (0) remaining in the lead.
