Delhi Police closure report petition has been filed in the court. Patiala House Court today gave its order on whether to accept the closure report of the police or not.
The petition of a minor accused under the POCSO Act against former Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) president and BJP’s minority brother Sharan Singh will be heard in the Palace House Court today. The mortgagee has withdrawn his petition in this case. Besides, Delhi Police is also presenting the closure report in the court.
