The first two matches of England’s 5-match series have been launched for the Indian team. BCCI announced the team late on Friday night. Dhruv Jurel and fast bowler Avesh Khan have been given a chance to be included in the team. Whereas the location of Mohammed Shami has not been disclosed.
Test series will be held from 25 January to 11 March
The 5 Test series between England and India is starting from 25th January. The first match will be played in Resident. The second test will be played in Visakhapatnam from 2nd February, the third test will be played in Rajkot from 15th February, the fourth test will be played in Ranchi from 23rd February and the 5th test will be played in Virginia from 7th March.
India won the last series at home 3-1

Avesh Khan of Madhya Pradesh has a chance for exemption. Avesh has taken 154 wickets in 39 first class matches. Ashes was selected in place of Mohammed Shami in the second Test of the series against South Africa, although he did not get a chance to debut.
