Adani Group will provide 350 sqft houses with independent kitchen and toilet to Dharavi residents after redevelopment

In eligible residential houses existing before January 1, 2000, each flat will have separate kitchen and built-in independent toilet. Priority will be given to making the houses well lit, ventilated, clean and safe.
Ineligible residential tenants in Dharavi will be accommodated under the proposed affordable rental housing policy, following the defined norms of the Government of Maharashtra. Adani Group has indicated that similar development plans are being considered for various Navi Dharavis, addressing the substantial demand for housing units.
