India’s first Test playing-11 against the England team has stopped. The first match of the five-match Test series between the two will be played in Resident from January 25.

The England Cricket Board (ECB) issued a statement on Sunday saying, the England team has announced the start of the Test match against India in Hyderabad on Thursday (January 25). The team includes four spinners and one fast bowler. The team’s experienced pacer James Anderson did not get a chance in the team.

At the same time, Tom Hartley of Lancashire will launch his test. Left-arm spinner Hartley has taken 40 wickets in 20 first-class matches at an average of 36.57.

Anderson demands reverse volume from the new ball as well as reverse valve from the old ball.

Anderson is also just 11 wickets away from taking 150 Test wickets against India. He played an important role in the victory against India by taking 5 wickets in the first test on the last tour. Anderson has 82 wickets in his name in Asia and is also the most successful bowler of the team here. In the last 2 years, he has taken 51 wickets in only 15 tests.

England team in India till March
The cricket team in England will remain in India till March. The team has to play the fifth and last Test of the series from 7 to 11 March. The first Test will be played on 25 January, followed by the second Test from 2 to 6 February, the third Test from 15 to 19 February, the fourth Test from 23 to 27 February and the fifth Test from 7 to 11 March.
