 Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG) has opened a
ticketing outlet at the Paradigm Mall in Petaling Jaya.

Open daily from 10am to 10pm, including on public
holidays, the ticketing outlet is located at CF 18 & CF 30 on the
mall’s concourse level.

The outlet provides reservation and ticketing for
Malaysia Airlines, MASwings, Firefly, oneworld and codeshare
flights, as well as ancillary services such as seat selection,
prepaid baggage and lounge access.

In addition, the new ticketing outlet provides
Enrich members with a number of services related to their FFP
accounts, including profile updates, account management, missing
points claims, product inquiries, redemptions and more.

Enrich Platinum and Gold members, as well as
Business Class passengers, can also enjoy exclusive privileges
including access to a dedicated Business Class waiting area, four
dedicated ticketing counters and a priority queue system.

extends warmly to all, including our valued Enrich members,
showcasing the essence of Malaysian hospitality.”

Similar to the ticketing outlet at NU Sentral, the
one at Paradigm Mall has a queue management system in place that
allows customers to take a queue number, scan the QR code
provided, and view the current calling numbers on their mobile
devices, enabling them to shop around while waiting for their
turn.
