 Codeshare flights between American and
Philippine Airlines have taken off, enabling PAL to market flights
to several destinations in the U.S.A. and allowing American’s
customers to book tickets on aa.com for PAL flights to Manila and
Cebu via Tokyo as well as to Manila from Honolulu and Guam.

Philippine Airlines has placed its PR code on
American’s flights between Los Angeles and the following seven
U.S. cities: Atlanta, Denver, Houston, Las Vegas, Miami, Orlando
and Washington, DC.

Philippine Airlines operates double daily nonstop
flights to Los Angeles, daily flights to San Francisco and
multiple flights per to New York, Honolulu and Guam.

gateway to countless tropical islands with pristine beaches,” said

our partnership with Philippine Airlines.”

Founded in February 1941, PAL’s fleet of Airbus, Boeing
and De Havilland aircraft operate scheduled nonstop flights out of
hubs in Manila, Cebu, Clark and Davao to 33 destinations in
Philippines and 39 destinations in Asia, North America, Australia
and the Middle East.

“This partnership with American Airlines unlocks
more options for customers traveling between Asia and the United
States,” said Eric David Anderson, PAL’s Chief Commercial Officer.
