Menswear brand Barcelona has opened its first brick-and-mortar store in the Gujarat city of Surendranagar. The exclusive brand outlet is located inside the city’s Citi Center Complex in Crozwy and retails both casual and formal wear. 

“Redefining style in the cotton capital of Gujarat,” announced Barcelona on Facebook. “Barcelona is now open in Surendranagar, bringing a touch of sophistication to the heart of cotton country. Visit Barcelona store and get a taste of luxury and trendsetting vibes!”
 
The store has a large segment dedicated to denim with a variety of washes and cuts available. The store also retails graphic t-shirts, flannels for autumn, smart button-downs, and chinos among other staples. 

Barcelona has opened a significant number of exclusive brand outlets so far this year with a focus on non-metro locations. In September, the brand opened its sixth store in the city of Patna and in August, it debuted in Uttar Pradesh’s Hamirpur. The brand has also recently debuted in Goa and opened stores in cities including Pune, Visnagar, Mahoba, Kota, and Dapoli among others. 
 
Entrepreneur Jaimin Gupta launched Barcelona in 2015 in Ahmedabad as a men’s western wear label. Barcelona plans to launch an initial public offering in the near future, although a date has yet to be set, and plans to expand its product categories as its business grows.
