User Responsibilities

  • Delays in client-side approvals, feedback, or access provisioning may impact project timelines and delivery dates, for which Digital News Services shall bear no responsibility.

Intellectual Property Rights

Termination

10.1 Termination by Digital News Services

10.2 Termination by Client

You may terminate an ongoing project agreement by providing written notice to us. In such cases, you will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date. The advance payment is non-refundable, and any completed deliverables will be provided upon settlement of the final invoice.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of a service agreement, all pending deliverables are paused and access to shared project environments may be revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination โ€” including intellectual property rights, payment obligations for completed work, and limitation of liability clauses โ€” shall continue in full force and effect.
